"Gute Lage - ob nun zu Fuß, per Bus oder Metro.
Der Check-in war einwandfrei und unkompliziert.
Das Apartment an sich ist recht klein, zum Schlafen okay.
Beim Duschen stand das Bad leicht unter Wasser. Wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist, ist die Nähe zur Metro nicht so vorteilhaft. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig."

"The hotel was nice, clean. Staff were kind and did their best to accommodate on tough conditions. The tough conditions described are 100+ degree temperatures in Paris. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work for four of the five nights which caused extreme discomfort. The staff provided us with two fans to improve the sleeping arrangements but unfortunately it was not enough. They have offered one night off to accommodate for the inconvenience but I don’t feel that is enough....

"Des cheveux présents sur les murs de la SDB. Trace de moisissures sur un mur, peinture qui se détériore, pas de télécommande de la TV et pas de solution de replis. Voisin de chambre qui a fumé sur le seuil de sa porte, odeur de cigarettes. Seulement un chauffage d'appoint dans la chambre ( N°2) et il y faisait très froid dans l'espace sanitaire et salle de bain"

"Paris Montparnasse at the peak of the heat wave! Room under the roof! Small with low ceiling. 34 degrees celsius/about 93 degrees Fahrenheit. A/C unit could not cool the room down for a decent night of sleep!
Way overpriced for the room.

The picture You have to leave the window open; right in the middle of the city, you can hear police sirens and other noises, and light streams in. The photo suggests that you can see the Eiffel Tower from there, but it’s unclear if it is actually relatively close by. There are two train stations nearby."

"Positive: Location is excellent. There are 3 metro Lines around the hotel which is why I chose in the first place. There are a few very good french food restaurants around. There's also bakery store nearby with delicious pastry, croissant and coffee where you can sit and have breakfast. Theres also a small convenience store and another liquor store nearby. The area is safe. The staff is very friendly and are present 24 hours. The room was small for 3 but it still was practical. AC worked well...

"We've stayed here many times and will keep coming back. This is a family owned and run hotel that is kept in perfect condition. The staff at reception is remarkably kind, friendly and helpful (which is not always the case in Paris). A big plus is that the air conditioning system really works (which is often not the case even in more expensive hotels). The rooms are relatively small but intelligently laid out. The bathroom and shower are more spacious and really nice."
