"The room had black mold on the walls and floor. The refrigerator did not work. Pool was not open. The pool I can live with. As an individual with asthma, the mold made it hard to breathe. When I said something about the room and the mold issue, I was told all rooms were booked however there were more than half the rooms empty all night. The housekeeping staff was always gone by four and I did not return to the room until 415 to discover that they missed me. They asked me to put something on the door so that they would clean and I did but then they missed me again and told me the door hanger had to have checkmarks in certain boxes which no one explained to me.
