"Un servicio pésimo, llegamos y nos tardaron varias horas sin contestarnos mensajes, ni celulares ni números telefónicos. Nos enviaron las claves para ingresar al cuarto después de muchas horas. Teníamos planes de llegar a dejar las maletas e irnos al Vaticano para asistir al Angelus y nos estropeó nuestra visita al Vaticano, planeando esa visita desde nuestro país México. No se vale. "The rooms are very clean and spacious. The coffee and tea making was definitely a big plus for us. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as we had early tours booked. There are great restaurants in the hotel street. We tried 6 of them and they were all had amazing food."

"The staff was extremely inviting and helpful with our check in process. The room was clean and very large, which was really nice. The location of the guesthouse was perfect to get into the city center, but it’s also in a very quaint neighborhood with wonderful shops and cafés. Loved our experience there!"

"We loved the Eccelso Hotel while staying in Rome. The Prati neighborhood was quiet and safe and within walking distance to all of the spots we wanted to visit while staying in Rome. The front end manager was very sweet and she took the time to give us helpful hints while staying in Rome and also guided us to several amazing restaurants and sites. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in Rome."

"This is an excellent choice for several reasons. 1. Lovely room, kitchen with microwave, stove top, refrigerator. 2. Breakfast each morning - croissants, yogurts, milk, tea coffee, 3. A three to five minute walk to Vatican. 4. Grocery store right behind the building. 5. Good restaurants minutes away. So convenient and well appointed."

"The best thing was that it is right outside the Vatican and close to restaurants and shopping. Expedia says breakfast included, it wasn’t. Not enough hot water pressure in the faucet and took too long to get the hot water. Dated furniture. The manager, Cynthia was very helpful and speaks very good English. No front desk. "
