"I booked a studio (internal room and bathroom) initially which was too small for all my luggage and I needed the external view, so upgraded to a Studio apartment. The apartment was very clean, light and well equipped. Everything I needed for an 8 night solo stay. Spectacular view over the city and well placed for travel. The service was efficient and friendly and very responsive when I requested an upgrade. My only grumble would be about the lifts. They are limited for the amount of floors and...

My request for a cancellation and refund has still not been processed, and neither a positive nor a negative response has been received from "Expedia" customer service! "
