"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona. "The Good: The apartment itself is beautiful, exceptionally spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need for a multi-day stay. The central location is fantastic, allowing you to easily walk everywhere. What Needs Improvement: - Air Conditioning: While the unit does have AC, it unfortunately struggles to keep up when it is very hot outside. "Great location and the apartment was very clean and renovated. The only complaint is that the check in location is quite a distance from the actual apartment so be prepared to walk. Also the water in the shower was either very cold or very hot. "
