"Excellent location on Negril beach! Cute little boutique hotel! Clean! Very friendly staff! We were there in the off season, June. It was quiet and the restaurant was closed, following the breakfast service. Spa was also closed. Lots of options nearby though for food and massages! Our goal was relaxation and we accomplished the task! The waters here are amazing! Saw a stingray right off the beach and definitely recommend the bioluminescence lagoon tour!"

"We had a really good stay at Negril Palms. The location is hard to beat, right on Seven Mile Beach with beautiful views and a very relaxed atmosphere. The grounds were well kept, and we always noticed staff working to keep the property clean. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home from check-in to departure. This isn’t a luxury resort, but that’s part of its charm. If you’re looking for a laid-back beachfront hotel with a genuine Jamaican feel and great value for money, Negril Palms is definitely worth considering. We enjoyed our time there and would happily stay again."

"Air conditioning worked great. Staff was very kind and helpful. You can get rides right from the hotel and they kinda have their own driver. The staff does seem to go out of their way to help and get you whatever you want even if they don’t have it on their property. The all inclusive food options are predominantly American style foods. Room cleaning is just ok. Felt like it was never properly finished something was always missed. I found the location great all the people and shops around the hotel were very nice. Pool on jungle side is beautiful. They have a stocked gift shop."
