"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they met each of our needs with a smile. Breakfast was simple, but sustainable with hot and cold options. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!"

"I feel bad giving this review as it seems like a family is trying to run this place and they were very nice but in way over their heads. Our room smelled terrible including the bathroom smelling like urine. The owner was very accommodating and switched rooms. The place had a dank smell, areas smelled like cigarettes, and hallways needed to be vacuumed. In the rooms the furniture was old, broken with no hardware on the dressers, no coffee maker in lobby, and had to request toilet paper in the...

"The hotel was standard fare for this type of establishment—continental breakfast (a bit disappointing—while they had the standard waffle maker, there were no eggs or sausage). The photos on this site, as well as the amenities list, needs to be updated, as there is no longer a hot tub. It has been filled in with cement, and a pool table has been placed over it. (The pool table is free of charge, just request equipment at the front desk.)"

"Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much."

"The room had a distinct smell , the carpet has not been cleaned in a long time and the flooring was very sticky. I couldn’t wait to be out of there, glad I only booked one night!"

"The room was clean. The staff tried to make the check-in process as fast as possible. I had Pre-checked in, but the info did not seem to be available at the front desk. Just a little nuisance... The common areas of the hotel need to be refurbished. In the end, it was an adequate room for one person."

"It was a great place for the price. No food close by breakfast was not very good no juice no yogurt very basic. Probably due to the high humidity but room smelled musty to me"

"The grounds are very pleasant. I needed to change original room due to very strong musty smell as well as super strong varnish odor. Owners were very quick to offer another room. So I do feel satisfied with that. Not the cleanest but was very affordable compared to other places in the area. I guess I got what I paid for. But I wouldn’t stay again."
