"When we arrived at the room, the toilet seat was quite loose, hazardous actually. So we called for the attendant, he came up and said he couldn’t get a new one, which by the way, was not what was required. All we wanted was for the seat to be tightened on securely and safely. "Be aware! We were charged for 2 nights we didn't stay at the place (had to cancell booking due to the family emergency) The temperature in the room +30 degrees, no AC, no fridge either, Tiny room (servants room), shoes have to be taken off at the front desk! Just lovely!"
