It is the most ancient hotel Saint Emilion, but remodeled and with all the comfort inside and at the same time still conserving that charming and luxurious French old style. Five stars customer service, the staff was great, the cleanliness and of course the Michelin restaurant they have inside the hotel which was a magic experience to try. "Beautiful hotel in the middle of the city within walking distance to amazing restaurants and Hermes along with other major shops are literally around the corner. Do not have a rental car, this city is geared towards pedestrians and bikes and is very hard to drive through. PSA very few hotels in France will have their AC on before May, even if it is listed that they have it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
