"A very unique place. Breakfast was great, as was access to the kitchen. The communal spaces are very nice, and our room was lovely. It's in a very small village with no amenities but the location was gorgeous!"

"Zimmer war für Drei gebucht, nur nicht für 3 vorbereitet. Dusche und Badewanne waren zwar toll, nur ohne warmes Wasser eher nutzlos. Frühstück war eher unterer Durchschnitt, gut v'll für ein 1* oder 2* Hotel, aber nicht für ein Haus das 4* an der Tür hat."

"I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot...

We chose this hotel specifically because of its location just off Avenue de Champagne, thus enabling us to walk to the champagne tasting we had booked. It has no restaurant on site but is only about a 15 minutes walk from the centre of town & a number of restaurants/bars and a 7 minute drive from one of the Champagne Museums. "Au Clos du Lac was one of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful spacious room, stunning gardens and lovely pool/spa area. Anaïs was very welcoming and friendly and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A real luxury treat in a beautiful village not far from Reims and the champagne region. We’ll be back!"

"Really great hotel if you are travelling through France. Close to the motorway. Partners with an amazing local restaurant just 5 mins walk away. Hotel does some food and fantastic wine by the glass. There were electric chargers but we could not use at they were reserved - will know to ask next time."
