"Room was cleaned daily, towels were always changed and bed was tidied up. It was very sweet to place complimentary Turkish delight bars as well as coffee, water and bottle of Rosé wine. View was amazing, the room was quiet aside from some noisy neighbours on their own balcony. Staff was amazing! Gave me a homemade biscuit cake for my birthday as a surprise at breakfast! Loved the traditional bulgarian dishes alongside international ones. New Nessebar Citg is only a few minutes away, prices...

"Unterkunft ist nicht direkt im Zentrum des Sonnenstrands. Aber man kommt super mit der Sunny beach train (Bimmelbahn) ins Zentrum. Unterkunft 7 min vom Strand, guter Pool. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell in nesselbar. Ruhige, kühle Zimmer. Bei jeder all inklusive Mahlzeiten war immer alles in Auswahl für jedermann etwas vorhanden"

They have a pool and restaurant. This hotel is 100m walk from the main bus line which has frequent buses to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar (3 stops). "Everything is to enjoy at this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, friendly. Parking could not be easier (in front of the hotel), To beach, just go down some stairs. My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. Additionally, it is a quick drive to old town Nessebar, a place that must be visited. "

"Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...
