"No airport shuttle. Staff said easy access via a monorail, which it turns out was not operating for our early morning flight. 10 minute cab ride $20. Adjoining restaurants in ResortWorld were all sterile and not appealing."

"Very modern and clean, close to the University campus, and across the road from Winterbourne House and Gardens. Breakfast was standard, and the on-site car park is a bit small (although there is overflow in the multi-story 100m away). The safe in my room didn't work, though. Overall, a pleasant trip."

"My time at the hotel was not great the days I was there it was very hot; there are no Air conditioning in the both rooms they put a small fan in the room. The fan gives off a hot air instead of cold air. Next thing NO REFRIGERATOR is in the rooms either I had two rooms book under my name and when I checked my friend room it was the same like mine; I went downstairs to entire about the rooms I was told each room doesn’t have Air conditioning or refrigerator; I was so disappointed for my first day...

"Nice restaurant and the food was very good . The staff were a little distracted and you had keep asking for things . There was no shampoo or shower gel in the room. I had my own but strange there was none available ."

"It was my birthday & decided to treat myself original room although no real complaints a double still felt small however after calling a speaking to Callum on reception that I read received good reviews did upgrade me but I was comfortable but underwhelmed & appreciated effort. The staff however at Tesco were amazing remembered my birthday asked me questions so I felt valued & I hope they're recognised for this service they provided genuinely caring."
