"Room was not refreshed once and I stayed three nights. I would not have stayed here if I had known the pool was out of service. Not only was it out of service, the seating area around the pool was closed off as well (no place to sit in the sun). Staff response to pool being shut down: "we don't have a good pool guy." You're in Florida, not acceptable. In retrospect, the hotel rating on Hotels.com is inflated. "

"We did not have our towels changed we had to take our dirty ones down to the desk to retrieve towels ourself the bed was squeaky and hard and it looked like a blow up bed on stilts. I I would never go there again"

"We had an ocean view but far away. Service people were very nice . Pool was good. We had a handicapped accessible room which was perfect for us. Only thing I would suggest is to not plan on watching TV very hard to get a channel as the internet was not good "

"This hotel had everything on property from grab and go to sit down meals pool area clean well maintained friendly. Always going around cleaning. Only regret ish there was a designated smoking area even if off to the side just no place to smoke."
