It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes. "This is an excellent hotel to stay in. Perfect city centre location right next to Ostbahnhof station so incredibly easy for travel. Local shops within walking distance too. The hotel itself is very clean with great facilities. I didn't eat there, but the €21 cost of breakfast seemed very overpriced to me (compared with other hotels I've stayed at). The room itself was clean and reasonably well equipped, however no wardrobe or chest of drawers and only 3 coathangers provided on a hook for...

"The room was very clean and bright and spacious and I was unaware of any noise from other guests despite being on the 4th floor (of 5) There was some noise outside the hotel - parties/music in the evenings at the weekend and a children’s school on Monday morning but these were just normal residential noises which I quite enjoyed. I would stay here again"

"When we arrived I stay demanded 100 Euros for a daily tax. They would not give us a receipt because they didn’t know how much the daily tax would be as it fluctuates on a daily based. The person at the front desk wasn’t able to articulate when we would know the city tax rate. Nor when the rate and total amount would be resolved. Please reply to this issue once it’s resolved.
