"I booked through your site which advertised a two queen room with porch or patio. I arrived and was accomodated in a room with NO porch OR patio. The hotel had the room available BUT the only way we could have it was to pay AGAIN. I tried to call the 800 number but your phone tree was in a terminal loop. I tried the local number your chat bot provided and got no ring. So now ive paid double. And the hotel stated I was the second customer on 5/16 who were "given the expedia hoax, because NO expedia block rooms had patio or balcony. I would like a refund for the UNUSED reservation because I DUPLICATELY PAID for the accomodation I booked with you WHEN IT WAS 100% NOT AS ADVERTISED"

"Breakfast at the Carlisle Inn is always good. The staff is super friendly. We watch Elijah at the Star Theater and it was amazing I strongly recommend seeing it. The only thing I like to see more of is sugar free desert. That would be awesome diabetics. "

"We had a one-night stay. It was clean, and they did have a pool and a hot breakfast (eggs, waffles, biscuits, etc) that was good. My son swam in the pool. My only complaint is that the shower did not get hot enough on the hottest setting. Staff asked if we’d like to switch rooms, so they did immediately attempt to address the issue. Staff were incredibly friendly. The decor was dated, but the facility was clean - we just needed the basics - it’s not a luxurious stay, but it was clean, staff were friendly, and they do have a pool with a hot breakfast - these checked the boxes for me. The only issue was the shower, and they did offer to switch rooms, but we were already settled, so I did not try the shower in another room."

"I really wish there had been a microwave oven in the room. The only other suggestion would be we had two double beds. And if you have two double beds are usually two separate people staying there at least two. Yet there was only one chair to actually sit in so I would suggest just adding another chair to the room. Other than that the room was great"

"Well maintained / very clean & not a chain hotel. Good shower heads, friendly staff. No complaints. When I go to millersburg this is where I stay."
