"The breakfast spread was very good. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The room was cleaned every other day which was fine. However the room floor was not cleaned properly. The tea/coffee in the room was not replenished and there was no electric kettle to boil water."

"We were told check out was at 11AM, but housekeeping was knocking on our door around 9 AM reminding us of check out time. We checked in at 11 PM, and would have liked more rest.
We did NOT feel that it was necessary for housekeeping to knock on our door waking us up 2 hours before the checkout time."

"Breakfast was a little disappointing. Pictures reflected fresh fruit (like blueberries and strawberries with the yogurt) and there was no fresh fruit. There was canned oranges and other citrus fruits, but nothing like the pictures of what to expect. Very disappointed. There was bacon that was in little scrap pieces that was not worth it and while there was a toaster, it barely warmed my English muffin after running it through the toaster 5 times or more.
The A/C in the room was not efficient...
