"This was my first stay at Tru but won't be my last. It is convenient (close to the airport) and clean. It's definitely a "millennial hotel" (bright colors, lots of open workspace and pool table in the lobby), but as a "Boomer" I appreciated the energy (affirmations on the front door, young staff). It's fairly new, and smelled fresh. The bathroom hand soap is everything!"

"Be fully prepared to not have a room reserved for you even though you booked weeks in advance. After an 8 hour drive, we arrived within the check-in window to be told they had no reservations for us. We told several excuses, one being their system went down and wiped their reservations. They were booking in people before and after us. They were unable to assist us in figuring out other hotels in the area. We were in town for a festival, and like many others, our hotel canceled our reservation...

"We stayed there overnight after a day-long event at the statehouse. Check-in in was fast and pleasant--the staff is super-helpful and friendly. During check-in, we received a token for a welcome drink--great perk especially after wrapping up a long day! We stayed in a king-bed suite: we loved the modern and sophisticated design of the room and the spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower. Since we were staying on the eighth floor, we were just steps from the rooftop bar, Brass Eye. Dinner...
