"When checking in, we requested a first floor room. We were told the only one available did not have a working refrigerator. We accepted that. Upon entering the room we found the TV screen was cracked. There were several places in the walls with damage to the plaster. When we prepared to go to bed, we found gritty material (possibly sand) between the sheets. We have been frequent guests at this location, but after this we decided to find a new location."

"The hotel it’s located in a very beautiful location by the river. They definitely deserve five star not a three star. The only problem we had was the mattress was terrible very old. Had a hole in the middle. The back springs and the metal were broken damaged they refused helping us just think about sleeping in the mattress for six nights. "Staff was great. Room was recently updated and nice. Maybe a coffee pot could be added, unless i missed it? Bavarian restaurant on location and was excellent! Great location to the hot springs."

"The parking lot felt small which is fine but finding parking was hard lol and there was a stain on one of the sheets but it was chill, we were only staying for one night. Other than that, everything was great!"

"Cute hotel and good location. I liked that they had hot water available in the lobby for tea along with gluten free waffle mix. The room was typical. There was a full length mirror outside the bathroom which is great for sharing space. The shower liner was not long enough so water overflows into the bathroom and soaks the floor. The hot tub wasn’t working correctly. It was warm but no bubbles. This is one of the amenities I look for, so a bit disappointed. The gal at check in was great....

"The grounds and pickleball courts, volleyball, pool, games etc were all awesome!!! The rooms left a lot to be desired. Old and dark with bad patch jobs everywhere. Staff was beyond helpful and super friendly!!! Great location with a quick walk to both the hot springs and the gondola to the adventure park. Probably the most convenient place to stay if you’re doing both these activities."

"Hotel was run down . When there was an over 6 hour power outage they did nothing to help guests. We eventually left as there was no information about power outage. I had to go into dark basement to get my wet wash out before we left. They did nothing offer any kind of assistance, credit or refund for the inconvenience would not recommend for many reasons"

"Unknown to me upon arrival there was remodeling in progress, pounding, banging and far from relaxing. The staff charged my card twice then cancelled the charge which resulted in my bank putting a hold on my card for days. I’ve since received a call at 9am telling me they would debit a second card on file if I didn’t call by 6pm the same day, however, they took it upon themselves to debit the wrong card by 9:41am not allowing me the time to get to my bank and have a new card printed since my bank...
