"Rooms were quant, but clean and mostly well maintained (one toilet issue, but quickly resolved). Recommend a higher floor, as being on the first floor, it's an old building and if the folks in the room above you take a deep breath, you'll likely hear the floor creak. All in all, decent value for the money, and we would recommend."
