"The staff at the time was not present at the front desk upon arriving. We had to wait. When it came time to check in the employee said our room was booked by someone else and If we had gotten there earlier we would have our room. He was gunna put is in another room, which was smaller, for $2 less. There was no way in accommodating my family. Left at 10pm to find another hotel. Still have not recieved a refund."

Had to go down every time to the front desk to get what we needed, also no hair dryer readily available in the restroom had to go down the following morning with wet hair to ask for a hair dryer not even as much as a glass cup or paper towel napkins were available to us in our room everything you had to go and ask for at the front desk I spent...

"I stayed at this hotel while attending a volleyball tournament with my niece because it was conveniently located about five minutes from both tournament venues. When I arrived around 1 PM, I asked about the possibility of early check-in. I was told early check-in was not available, but the front desk kindly gave me my room key so I could go directly to the room later that evening after the tournament, which I appreciated.
