"We were very happy with our stay! The shared bathroom/shower was never an inconvenience with other guests. The room and general building could have been maintained, but for the price and location, we did not mind. Our room was spacious and comfortable for two people. "

"Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer "

"Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette.
A couple of improvements:
-Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept.
-Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable.
