"This is one of the best decisions I ever made honestly!! They were all so sweet. The hotel was gorgeous and I had written a note for them before coming that it was my birthday and if I could get the highest floor. They had 22 floors and gave me the 20th and not just that but they also had a cup desert set for me in the room and gave me a gift card for the hotel on the 5th and 2 free drinks which I seriously did not expect. Good location for public transport and walking to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Downsides - a basic hotel lacking in facilities for a high price tag, probably due to its location. HVAC system in room noisy (not ideal overnight). Very small bathroom - functional but a couple couldn't clean their teeth together for example. WiFi unreliable - needed to use the bar's WiFi as the hotel one wouldn't work. "
