"Excellent location, walkable and close to everything. Right off of a major train station. Friendly staff, wonderful ambiance. The bathroom area isn’t my favorite and there tends to be dust in the rooms, but it’s worth the other benefits of staying here."

"The concierges were wonderful and helpful, but many times the doormen were on their phones while we were coming in and out holding bags etc and not really paying attention to the guests as much as they should have. Rooms were clean but on the smaller side, but very skimpy on the body wash. We got a tiny little bottle each day for two of us. I know we could have asked for more but was a bit strange. Location was really fantastic and close to everything. And again, the front desk people were...
