"Everything was exceptional except for rough toilet paper and no digital clock. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Good A/C. Nice vinyl wooden floors, nice window shade and blackout curtains that close all the way! Breakfast included eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, yogurt, granola, bagels, toast, mini blueberry muffins, orange juice etc."

"I absolutely loved my stay. I thought it was excellent! I loved that there was a breakfast buffet. Usually when I'm looking for hotels, I do appreciate a breakfast, especially just before checking out. The staff, at least those that were assisting in breakfast and other dietary needs, were very accommodating. When they were low on coffee, I informed a gentleman and he took care of it with no problem and no attitude and was grateful that I let him know right away. The room, particularly one that served a solo traveler (single person) was clean. It had water at the ready for when I wake up to start the day and explore around Boston. Should I return to Boston, or go to a place where CitizenM does business, I will definitely consider the hotel again. Thank you for such a memorable stay. P.S. One complaint I had was when I attempted to call the hotel to confirm a reservation, the number was listed from another of their locations. Also, when I called the exact location, it stated that the number was not allocated. Scary if i should need to confirm, before checking another hotel. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thanks again!"

"Staff went above and beyond. Spacious and clean rooms with well designed furniture and lighting. (Finally! A hotel bathroom mirror with decent lighting!) They could use more sound proofing in the hallways and between rooms. The fans in our room were also a bit loud but this is a very minor complaint. Great location, especially for Fenway events. Nice to have onsite parking!"

"Great location- near Faneuil Hall and the financial district. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Parking at 75 State St garage was discounted from $86 for 24 hr to $39 with voucher from hotel. Easy to park in front for 15 mins while checking in. Very unique layout of the rooms and decor was uniquely pleasant. Front desk very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!"
