"We were on tne first floor and we could hear someone walking back and fourth above us basically the whole stay. Otherwise the hotel was clean enough and the workers were all friendly. "

"The property is well-located within walking distance of the downtown shopping and theater area, so it was a nice option for us. It was clean and in decent shape but it had a stale smell in the hallways and rooms. The breakfast was fine, offering the usual continental breakfast options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We called the front desk to report that the bathroom sink was clogged. The front desk employee brought up a plunger, which my husband tried to use, but it didn't help so we had to be moved. We were not able to move to a King room as we had booked, but were given a room with two queen beds. "

"Check in took forever as they they training a new staff. After a long trip my patience was a bit thin, just wanted to get in to room and relax vs. standing at the check in counter for 47mins"

"The Hotel Concord was a lovely place to stay! Great amenities and the staff was friendly and so helpful. Hot breakfast was served each morning! Something for everyone and hot items were kept at the correct temperature.. The hotel had a great horseshoe bar far socializing! Nicely located within walking distance to restaurants, great shopping and entertainment options!. Will definitely come back!"

The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the forest view was the best part. Overall, a simple but very special and relaxing experience for a couple."
