"I have staying at this property twice a year since 2017. Unfortunately this time wasn’t the best. There was no hot water at the sink or soap in the dispenser in the shower. The room was a little rough and had a musty smell. The TV only worked on one channel and believe me I tried. The lady who checked us in was very nice. "We finally were able to get a reservation for a train car … what a great experience. We have stayed in a room in the past but the train car is quite the experience. All the staff is top notch. We have to give the Conceirge Dian a 10+ for making our stay extra ordinary. Every thing we needed was taken care of. We will return often and I am sure be guaranteed a great stay. The Hotel Chalet is a highly recommended place to stay."

"I can't say much about the other rooms, but #228 had what I hope were water stains on the ceiling. The room smelled of wet dog—like an actual dog—because I assume previous tenants had a dog in the room. The AC unit made a loud ticking sound, making it hard to sleep after driving for hours. And breakfast seemed to be first come, first served."
