"This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. There is a local college at which many of the staff attend when not working at the hotel. The hotel offers snacks...

"The renovated suite was wonderful! The breakfasts were really good. Several of the breakfast supplies were low or out and when asking the staff, she said to look at the other stations and continued to stay in the kitchen area. Not friendly."

"All though we did not use, the property has a restaurant and bar. Parking was plentiful, elevators to upper floors and clean well equipped rooms. The receptionist could have been more helpful however she was not rude, just didn't give any information without being asked. We did not have breakfast but read it would be surcharged and I prefer hotels that provide breakfast included in the price all though many are becoming pretty inadequate."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean with comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. Location is great-we were in town for the Air Force Museum, and this hotel is right across the street. Breakfast was fine...a standard complimentary hotel breakfast. My only criticism is the coffee at breakfast. It's that terrible post-mix machine coffee, rather than brewed. I'm a bit of a coffee addict, and this just didn't do it for me. "While it is true, the building was older and rooms were somewhat smaller, everything was clean and well put together. The staff was kind and friendly."

"My granddaughter loved it, the rest of us not as much. It just seemed a lot of corners were cut and maybe they’re short staffed on cleaning crew. The tp was just on a rod on the wall & fell down all the time, there was flaking paint, stains on the sheets and the toilet was dirty or stained. The hvac did work well, the staff is nice and it was quiet. I’ve definitely stayed at worse places."

"Good hotel, but you can tell it is an old property compared to the other options at this exit. Met our needs for an overnight trip but nothing else. Stairs super squeaky, like the floor below the carpet was about to crumble. Back door had a rock propping it open every time we came down the stairs, so our safety at times felt questionable. Probably won’t ever go here again. Worth the extra money to stay somewhere else."

"This is really a hotel for people traveling with children - active children. The amenities for adult travelers are kind of on the slim side but children can be totally satisfied with activities, breakfast foods, open spaces, wall decor. Our room had a lightbulb out in the bedside reading lamp and was devoid of usb outlets entirely. Room was adequate but not particularly comfortable - no added amenities but a huge tv set staring down the bed. Not a hotel for me!"
