Front desk was consistently very good but room carpet wasn't vacuumed, bathroom wallpaper/tub/floor stained, furniture and walls nicked. You get what you pay for.

They allow kids to book a stay here I am assuming that is who stomped down my door at 2am on the third floor will be filing a compliant. Breakfast wasn’t well
