Motel di Kabupaten New Kent

"The manager couldn’t speak English very well and was not friendly. We asked for a nonsmoking room and he didn’t want to accommodate that even though that’s what we booked. There was no hair shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, hangers, iron or ironing board and the towels were very small and stained and the sheets were damp. Very disappointed as the reviews weren’t bad on Expedia. "

"Room was not very clean. Place could use upgrades. They advertised breakfast but no such thing. Though it is not a big deal it is deceptively bad to do that. "

"We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice."

"The hotel is in a bad part of town. Although the room appeared clean, the decor and feel of the room was straight out of the early eighties. The walls are paper thin. We experienced multiple rooms with fighting tenants and some with "loving" tenants. My son and I were immediately approached by someone, whom appeared to be on drugs, asking for a cigarette, and were asked for money the next morning. If it werent for the 9 hours of driving we had just accomplished, I am not sure either of us would...

"Staff"

"Property is run down and in a bad area (next to correctional facility and across from casino). The chain on our door was broken. The front desk staff were nice. Plenty of parking. Beds were uncomfortable and dirty. But what was really outrageous was the level of filth in the room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Sticky floor, hair from many different people all over bathroom, crumbs everywhere, moldy shower curtain. I didn’t expect much and this was somehow worse. And we paid...

"It was cleaner than most "

"Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

"The front desk staff was very polite and enthusiastic, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and he even arranged an extra room for the three of us."

"Definately much more run down than the pics. No lamps so the room was dark. Mattress sagged in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Bathroom towels were dirty and they didn’t have bath size towels. Would not recommend."
