"Staff was friendly but inexperienced. Took me an hour to get checked in. My room was filthy. Came with a kitchenette. Fridge was covered in looks like dead bugs, mold & smelled. Did not dare open it. Walls were covered in stains, bed had new sheets but could see stains through the mattress covers. Entire property smelled like mold. Bathtub was covered in rust & mold. Easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Even at the cheap price I would not recommend. Would rather sleep in my car. "

"for what i paid for one night so the kiddo could go somewhere to swim i have no complaints. the associate who helped with check in was super nice and made what usually seems like a lengthy process with other places, seem like a breeze. thank you!"

"The morning breakfast was good, would rather have waffles instead of the pancakes, but they had biscuits and gravy, which who doesn’t love that. The pool was great. The room was nice and clean, and the staff are excellent and helpful."

"Great hotel directly off the highway for easy departure. Staff was most helpful and the breakfast was top notch."

"My king bed room was fine. It’s just the rest of the place that looks a bit worn. There are big rig trucks parked on one side of the hotel, and when I got there, someone was blasting music while cleaning out his car and the people next to him were grilling in the parking lot. The common spaces smelled a bit of cigarettes and there isn’t an elevator to the second floor. The vibe didn’t make me feel totally comfortable but I was fine once in the room. It was clean and quiet."

"People milling around the parking lot. Weed smell. Trashy outside. Inside is not clean and in poor condition. People just hanging out everywhere. Room was dirty, smelled like cigarrette smoke, very warm. Air conditioner did not work."

"Not a lot of options in the area. However, the room smelled of cigarettes, window had a large crack in the glass, no toilet paper was in the room. Looks like it wasn’t even swept or mopped. Hair ties and paper left on the floor before given to us. Pro was they charge 20 bucks for my dog. Though the room smelled better after we stayed vs when we arrived. Non savory ppl hanging around by the doors and windows. Didn’t feel safe as a woman. Thankfully my dog is a good dog and kept watch. They staff...

"The sheets on one of our beds had someone else’s hair on them and brown stains. They did move us to a different room that had clean sheets, but the property is not clean. There is also black mold in the ceiling in the bathroom."

"Everyone was terrific. The only issue was they had not yet upgraded their mattress and the ones we slept on was waft. "

"Booked last minute while traveling, had only one small issue with understanding the hosts thick accent. Other than that it was clean comfortable and affordable."

"The property was exceptionally clean, and the room had a fresh, pleasant scent. The environment was good and conducive to rest, with minimal noise throughout my stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the convenient location—directly across from Walmart—added to the overall positive experience. I would gladly choose to stay here again on future visits to Ohio."
