"Don’t be fooled when you see the outside of this hotel. Once you enter the doors, an old Mexico feel welcomes you. Staff were friendly, though restaurant/bar was a bit short staffed. We didn’t let it interrupt our enjoyment of the property. Comfortable beds and clean property. And the location is perfect to visit Las Cruces and Mesilla. "

"We stayed one night passing through. Rooms were very clean and quite comfortable. We will probably stay another night on our travels back to Phoenix. Staff was very kind and courteous."

"As soon as I walked into the room, it smelt of rotten eggs and sewage. The staff came in with the machine to make it smell a little better, but that was temporary after a few hours the rotten smell came back, and I pinpointed it to be coming from the Shower drain. Every rate of rotten eggs for most of the time there. "

"Checkin was thru a window, Door Locked hard to see or hear the Person. Room 111 The Floors in the room were dirty the Two chairs had big Spots on them. The Left side of the Bed had a massive sunk in area, the right side was hard and had a lump in it. The Pillows were small flat and not supportive. Sleeping was miserable and hurt my back. The TV was small and the picture Blurry, the Channels Said HBO but it wasn't Available. All the Channels were analog which meant poor reception. The...

"The toilet did not work properly; the shower had grab bars but not one to help getting into the shower/tub; the shower faucet was very hard to control and turn off."

"The room we got was dirty, disgusting and it smelled moldy and a lot like weed. Many people roaming outside at middle of the night. We felt very unsafe. My sister was itching all night from laying on the bed. She couldn’t sleep. Shower was somewhat clogged. It took water from shower to drain about 10-15 mins. I wouldn’t recommend ever staying here to anyone."

"Fix ceiling, bathtub was gross, toilet paper holder was disguising, the bed was horrible. Breakfast was hardly any options, definitely not worth it!"

"We had a great stay at this Holiday Inn in las cruces. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety to start the day. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
