"I had a four-night stay at the property and it met my expectations. The inn is conveniently located within walking distance to the plaza, churches, Canyon Road and other tourist attractions. The made-to-order breakfast was lovely (although some of the servers can be non-attentive), the lobby is well-appointed and comfortable, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the outdoor pool is heated to 82 degrees so despite chilly air it is still warm enough for a swim. Best of all, the restaurant and bar...

"The pictures on the website did not at all show what the room was really like. We had a room in the casita with a patio. The patio was part of the tiny enclosed entry and was shared by all three units. The room was small and cramped with only a small side chair and a desk chair for seating. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. The parking was almost impossible for anyone with a large vehicle. "

"The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. "

"Hotel accepted pets on expedia but policy had changed to service dogs only. Staff was kind enough to let us stay. It was a beautiful room and patio, but we had ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they let us park and walk to town...about 20 minutes. "

"We paid 12 dollars for parking in their private lot, which allowed us to leave the car til 3pm the next afternoon while we walked around old town. Very safe and thoughtful "
