"The room was very nice indeed, lovely big and comfirtable bed, just slightly cold on a February day even though the radiator was on. Also the TV in the adjacent room was too loud, which would have been annoying if we hadnt been getting up early anyway or if we'd wanted to stay in the room the evening before. radiator was one. "

"Had a lovely stay in this apartment . It was excellent. Very very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need and a lot of little extras. Just a couple of steps over to the clifftop in Barton on sea. Would definitely stay again."

"Booked "dog-friendly room" (it's handy to have that description in the room information when booking as otherwise I'd ring the hotel before booking to check if dogs are ok in room we're booking, so thanks for that). Note that £30pn is charged on top of room rate for a dog. It was a premium room, so had a lounge area with tv (Disney etc) & separate bedroom area. All very clean and comfy. Keiran was very welcoming on reception and offered to book us in for breakfast. We arrived late and no food...

"Beautiful location on the Southampton waterfront and close to several museums, restaurants and shops. The hotel was very nice but the shower was not very hot and turned cold during a shower. The restaurant was nice but very expensive. Nearby restaurants were much better."

"The restaurant staff was very friendly but reception was more like “This is it, take it or leave it”…
We asked support for our son to have a quick shower as he felt unwell under the sun, just 5 minutes after we checked out ( at a time earlier than 11 am check out time) they showed no empathy
The second bed was extremely uncomfortable. "

"Warm and welcoming couple, Carole and Andrew - he even helped with my luggage.,Loved location and their suggestions of where to dine. Room was cozy with beautiful linens . Had not visited IOW since a child over 60 years ago so loved everything - it did not disappoint . Breakfast was delightful with Bridget.
Would visit again."
