"Once you step out of the hotel your in the middle of Tokyo Night life… Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive. Just wish the bed was a little softer…"

"Clean, no frills apartments conveniently located in quieter area - 2 min walk from sasasuka station. It has some amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing liquid, washing machine detergent. We took Narita express to Shinjuku station and then transferred to another line which was one stop to sasasuka station. It’s located to the left of Lawsons in the courtyard (when facing Lawsons). We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and had sufficient space for 4 of us. Watch out for the...

"We got a free room upgrade, but it requires a lot of convincing. Overall experience in the hotel was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. The customer service was exceptionally good, since everybody is so well mannered from the receptionist to housekeeping. "

"Stayed in an executive room. V roomy by Tokyo standards. Exec lounge was fantastic...nice views, good food and staff. St George's bar staff were v helpful, concierge extremely helpful. If ever back in Tokyo would stay again. High floor good views."

"Location was perfect. Near to the station, shops and restaurants. A little oasis away from the hustle and bustle with a peaceful outdoor area to relax. Also lots of comfortable indoor areas to eat, drink or relax. Free drinks and toiletries were most welcome and we enjoyed the use of the free massage chairs and karaoke room. The staff were so polite and helpful. We enjoyed five nights in this hotel, exploring Tokyo, then returning to relax in the evening. "
