We had a brief panic when we couldn’t find the key after unlocking the lock, but it turned out the key was stored inside the lock itself, not in the box. There are two subway stations nearby, though both require about a 15-minute walk each way. Overall, the accommodation offers good value for the price."

It is located on the 18th floor, however, the view from the 39th floor to the 46th is immaculate. Hotel is clean, well taken cared of. The room was beautiful, spacious and view was amazing. This is one hotel that deserves another stay when back in Tokyo."

"I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place."

"The hotel is excellently located in Shinjuku. If you are new to Tokyo it is a good place to start and Shinjuku station gives easy access to the rest of the city. The breakfast was very good and unique offering everything from French chocolate croissants to Japanese curry. Also comes with a main menu item that was very good. More luxury than I at first thought and I found the room to be very comfortable. The height of the hotel also gives a fantastic view of Tokyo."
