The room was very comfortable and well-equipped for a multi-day stay. (Unfortunately we were only there for one night.) The location was very convenient and only a few blocks from the Saenger Theatre. Parking was about as convenient as it can be in New Orleans. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to a return trip.

Very convenient located near everything. We stayed 4 nights with two small children. Felt very safe. Used the pool and laundry room. We had a problem with our air one night but it was quickly fixed. Breakfast would have been nice but overall hotel was great. Would definitely stay again

This hotel has a beautiful lobby area with a full bar. The staff working the front desks and the bar were very friendly. The hotel offers a $200 virtual Apple Pay/Google wallet card or bar credit if you attend a vacation presentation from their vacation package sales team which only lasts about an hour and you are not pressured to sign up for anything. The one bedroom hotel suite was pretty nice with a full open concept living room/kitchen/dining area and a good size bedroom. It looked modern and updated. Only thing I didn't like was that they do not have smart TV apps on the TVs but if you bring your own Roku or Fire stick, you can just use that. The location is great if you're looking to spend time in the French Quarter since you're basically right off the intersection of Canal St. & Bourbon St., very close walking distance to the entire French Quarter. I recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again next time I travel back to New Orleans.

My experience was excellent! the guy Donnie that worked there PLEASE give him a raise !! He was so helpful, he took the time to tell us where to eat and where to go and have fun. He gave a us some history on New Orleans and he was very informative. Out of 5 stars I would give give a 10! I can't wait to come back. The whole staff was professional and courteous!

Nice spacious room that had everything needed to cook a meal. Very friendly front desk that welcomed me almost every time I walked in. Lady who handled the valet was also very friendly and even granted some of the guests beads to take around New Orleans. would love to stay again!

This hotel appears to have been recently renovated into suites that are spacious, clean and well equipped. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the room and all it had to offer (well-equipped kitchen). It is in an ideal location, easily walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops and attractions. There is a "resort fee" that they tack on per night, that wasn't super clear upon booking. This hotel doesn't strike me as a "resort" but due to the name and suites it would seem that is where it comes in. There was onsite shared laundry, a suitable workout area and a dipping pool - not really large enough for a good swim. The staff were for the most part very good. I couldn't seem to get anyone to bring more coffee to the room, and for a 5 night stay, one regular and one decaf didn't quite cut it, but that is the only very minor complaint. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms and it looked like the photos as advertised. The main area of the room was too huge, while the bedroom and bathroom were quite small in comparison. The walk in closet was a big surprise. Location was prime but there were some scary people hanging around on the street corners near the hotel, which you did have to walk past in order to get anywhere. It was too cold to use but the rooftop pool area was very nice.
