"The property clean and the check in was fine but when we got into our cabin it was not clean the sheets were a mess and wet towel's on the bathroom floor so I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it so we when out and when we came back the cleaned the cabin. The pool was not ready and they have a breakfast cafe on the property but it will not be open until next week so we went out for breakfast"

"The shower drain strainer was moldy and not attached to the floor. It was gross and not useable. We are going to have to find another hotel in the area to stay. The breakfast buffet had kids putting their nasty fingers in everything and then licking their fingers. Another gross thing. Yes I know that is not your fault but the parents. It is still GROSS"

"We have chosen this hotel in the past because it does not have carpets in the room and gerenally feels clean. The rooms are small (and we knew this). However on this stay we did not experience and service in the room during a 4 night stay (even after bringing this to the attention of front desk staff. They blamed it on other people and the room was never serviced. On the morning le checked out we found a someone else’s clothing in our room which made us believe that one of the staff may have used our room to shower and change clothes. This was disturbing. I don’t think we’ll stay here again. "
