"This hotel is suffering from the common ailment of low-price properties: skimping on maintenance for decades on end. There was trash out all around the property. Grass maintenance was sub-standard. In fairness, the room was mostly clean, except for the enclosed tub/toilet wet area. In this room, there was red stains on the tile that looked like rust, but was probably some form of mold.
