Lotte New York Palace
"Check in and out experience was very slow. In a group and many of us had mini bar charges added in error that had to be removed ( again very slow) The room was tired and sort of clean. The lobby is stunning and the bar was nice. Cafe in the lobby had good service but was expensive"
