We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. However, the vending machine did not work properly and failed to refund the money after an unsuccessful purchase. Overall, it was a good experience, but the vending machine issue needs to be addressed.

I needed a one-night stay near the Tennis Centre. This hotel was a perfect answer within walking distance. The nearest train station at 111th St is not an accessible one so I disembarked at Junction Boulevard and walked the 20-25 mins to the hotel with rolling luggage. It was great to see the many shops along the way so the walk was quite pleasant. If you don’t require accessibility, there are closer stops on the 7 local train.

I found this hotel to be better for my tastes and needs than another one I was in the night before. However, they advertise "free breakfast," but all they had was coffee and tea, and a microwave. All in all, I would stay there again. Staff were kind and friendly.

The start started well. The front desk allowed us to check in early. That was in a front side room which is not advisable because the subway train goes by right next to the front of the hotel. The staff allowed us to move rooms later to the back side. Good. But then, the beds were covered by the old duvet style over a thin comforter. It was not covered by a sheet at all. Bare plastic. Then there was only one sheet over the mattress. When I asked if this was normal, the front desk person just nodded his head yes, looked at me like I was crazy to ask. Did not feel clean at all. There isn't even coffee let alone some type of breakfast for mornings. Only a vending machine with cold drinks only. The AC was cold.

My Bedroom was clean and my bed comfortable. The hotel lobby and halls were not very clean. Water pressure was terrible and I had to kneel down and sponge bath be cause the water was cold. After a long time it did finally get warm. The subway train ran almost directly above the motel and was very loud about every five minutes. There also was no refrigerator. Other than that it was great.
