I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I’m a New Yorker who moved out of state but travels back to NY ever so often for work and friends. I’ve stayed at other badly managed properties but was very happy to see that this hotel was very clean with nice decor, lots of outlets and a comfortable bed. The housekeepers and staff were all friendly and helpful. I did notice that parking in the back was very limited and tight, luckily I got the last spot when I checked in. I will definitely be booking this hotel during my next visits to NY. Thanks Glo staff and Expedia!

This place is excellent except for the parking situation. On Expedia they say there is parking but there were only 7-8 spots available for the whole hotel. Having a rental car, this information is misleading. In the end, I lucked out with a handicapped spot after some concerned people exchanges with management

Not a great neighborhood but it is directly across from the police station so we felt very safe. Not a neighborhood you want to be wandering around in at night. But then not many big cities are walkable all night either. The rate was good for the area and the manager was beyond sweet and helpful with us considering our flights were cancelled and we were reluctant tourists of NYC that were supposed to be in Portugal instead! Clean rooms. No hot breakfast they only had to go bags with bagels and yogurt and other goodies to go. Basic continental. Upside of that is when you sleep in and mix breakfast because of your late check in you still get it back to go at 11 o’clock! 😂

Mise à part que le déjeuner était pas un déjeuner chaud et nous pouvions pas nous servir et que finalement nous n'avons pas eu accès à un stationnement dans l'hôtel (ce qui impliquait de stationner sur la rue et s'inquiéter un peu) tout le reste était ok !

The front desk staff was super nice and my room was really clean. However, my room was in the basement with really no window. It was 58 degrees when I got in there. The free breakfast was non existent! No coffee, no access to a water cooler. The gym was closed even though it was supposed to be open. (I think fresh water was in there, behind the forever locked door.) and the neighborhood around this hotel isn’t great. Very little worth walking to and no real restaurants within 5 or so blocks.

We were allowed to check in early. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved that they had a pull out twin bed. I was able to get one of the free parking spots which was very convenient. No complaints.

Nice new building, Next door to Police station so feels like a safe area. But false advertising about breakfast, was just a bag you have to collect from Reception with a Bagel, False advertising about the Gym, doesn't not exist its a storage room. Thin walls and close to main road so was hard to sleep.

The hotel room is small but clean. There is only limited street parking near the hotel. But the biggest problem is the noise. 1-2am in the morning, someone was yelling loudly in the hallway and 3 or 4 am, there was a lot of noise right outside the window. I probably slept less than 3 hours and that was not pleasant.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Everything was clean. The only misleading part on the website where I booked was the free parking. They only have about 6 spots and it’s first come first serve. Not a lot to do in the area but it was fine for us.
