The property and common areas are very clean and beautiful. Outside noise is very minimal, I could hear an emergency vehicle only the odd time. Staff were kind and friendly. Lots of little shops nearby: coffee, pharmacy, clothing, etc.
Our room was nice and had decent space. It had a lot of natural light, which was great, but it was hard to keep the room dark in the morning. The headboards on the bed are peeling, and flakes would end up in the bed. The room was missing a fridge, and the washroom didn't have a fan. We could hear every noise and conversation in the hallways, which definitely was disappointing. There was a supply cabinet near our room too and the door must have been opened and closed around 75 times at about 8 a.m. one of the mornings we were there. Water is not included, they do provide cups that you can fill up at a water station in the fitness center.
