"Filthy dirty. The a/c unit broke in our room and we slept in a room that was 98 degrees. Management didn’t seem concerned and refused to give a refund. Terrible service at the desk. Avoid this hotel it was disgusting and unethical."

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
"The hotel staff lied about a lot of things. The rooms were ridiculously small. There was no bar. They have sensors in the rooms aimed at detecing smoke that misfire. There is no coffee maker or refrigerator in the rooms. The hotel does not offer king sized beds. The television is unworkable. Horrible ..."
