Staff was nice. Room was clean but significantly smaller than the photos made it look. I assumed small but there was barely room to step. Otherwise a really convenient location which made exploring the city very easy.

The Shelburne Sonesta New York
I loved how spaceous the room was. The bathroom wasn't spotless, I did have to pass a lysol wipe on the toilet seat because there was a hair but other than that, I loved it. Bed was comfortable and big. It was a short walk to Grand Central.

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy.
