"Great air conditioning . Staff were 50/50 . Parking not included as stated when booking its 24 a day unless you dont move it was what we were told . Room looked clean but not properly cleaned we found a few peices of make up that didnt belong to us but quiet overall on the 12th floor . Also need room key to use elevators which we were not told and confused once we got on them how it worked"

"The room was clean the staff didn’t really care about any of the customers, but did their job, minus not offering any cookies while checking in. The cookies were in the warming drawer, but they weren’t offered any customers. The desk attendant had his backpack on. He was ready to head out. He had limited concern about those checking in. He just wanted to end his shift. If I had to, I would stay there again. If I didn’t have to, I would pay more to stay somewhere else."

"Really nice hotel in lower Manhattan. Very small rooms, closet and bathroom, but that should kind of be expected in NYC. The only thing I was annoyed with involving the "closet" was that the hang bar was a vertical bar, coming out at you, so your clothes were hidden behind on another, instead of it hanging like a regular horizontal clothes rack."

"A very good budget option that's close to all public transit and some good food options. I really appreciated how comfortable the beds were, and while the rooms are small, there is a lot of storage space. However, there were some noticeable scuffs on the furniture/the water pressure didn't work very well in the bathroom. Regardless, this is only a small piece of feedback, and ultimately I would stay here again for the price."

They refused to give me a refund and told me to dispute it with my bank as it was an emergency weather shut down. My dispute got denied. Than I was just charged a second time. "La propiedad estaba muy limpia, organizada. Llegamos al hotel a eso de las 9:30 am y ya pudimos hacer check-in y subir a la habitación. Tengan en cuenta que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y se puede decir que hasta incómodas. Los baños compartidos la verdad no son un problema porque hay cuatro en cada nivel, nunca tuve que esperar por usar uno; eso si, son algo pequeños pero siempre muy limpios."

The guest rooms are New York small, with furnishings decades old, pealing wallpaper, strangely set up sinks with the facet too close to the basin so they spray up, showers that get the floor wet and limited room amenities - no coffee makers."

"Budget hotel, but excellent value for money. I stayed over a very busy Memorial Day weekend, when hotel prices in New York usually spike, and the price-performance ratio was very good.
The cabin was small, as expected, but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had requested a quiet room in advance, and this was taken into account. Amenities were good, the staff was very friendly, and I liked the overall vibe of the hotel.
