"I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It should’ve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB I’m looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds...

"The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Room was just as described and check in and out were very easy. Walking distance to restaurants too. Area was very safe and parking was convenient. "

"The place was in an unwelcoming area. You had to push really hard on the room door just to get it to close. I didn't realize the bathroom and shower were also shared along with the dining/common area. The people in the other rooms were loud. The good thing I can say is that when i contacted the property they were quick to respond and were respectful. "

" 1) people who are onsite helpers / housekeepers etc should be immediately fired! 2) the linens were extremely smelly, old and stained. had massive yellow stains all over it which is pretty disgusting considering the only thing it could be others dirty shots. 3) our shower had only a bottle and it was DISH SOAP! "We hadden hier geboekt voor 2 nachten, na aankomst op JFK airport. Het adres klopte niet, niemand in de buurt had van dit hotel gehoord en toen we probeerden te bellen nam er niemand op. Toen we uiteindelijk na een uur iemand spraken werd ons gezegd dat er geen boeking was(ik had de bevestiging bij me) en werd de telefoon opgehangen. 22.00 in de avond met een gezin met baby, en geen overnachting na een lange vliegreis en autorit, en voor het eerst in de VS.. Echt vreselijk dit allemaal!"
