She took care of our stay and we were impressed by her willingness to go above and beyond to fix a glitch that happened with hotel miscommunication. Thank you young lady!!!"

"Everything was fine until all the elevators quit working after a normal rain storm. We were staying on the 5th floor. Checkout was no fun carrying all our luggage five flight of stairs."

"Location was very convenient. The room was very noisy from above. Not sure why but during the Lao ight and early morning hours there was a large amount of vibration and the noise of footsteps coming from above was disruptive. Not cleaning each day was a little annoying because we had to reuse damp towels that didn’t dry well even when we hung them up. Breakfast was done well each morning. Staff at front desk was always very friendly."

"This hotel is actually closer to the stockyards than I initially thought. Extremely convenient to both the stockyards and Billy Bob’s. It’s a new hotel so everything is immaculate, the room was beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom shower was great! They have a wonderful restaurant/bar up on the roof which had great views! The breakfast the next morning was outstanding! Fresh fruit, and nuts, and all of the toppings you would need for oatmeal, sausage, eggs, everything you...

"Refrigerator was not on/failed during night and staff didn't seem to care...even though I told them we had medicine in the refrigerator. They simply asked if it was plugged in and not to worry about medicine "because it wasn't that hot out during the night.""
