"I booked this property expecting a villa, based on how it was advertised. When I arrived, I discovered that it was actually a three-bedroom house where the individual rooms were being rented separately to different guests. This was not what I understood I was booking and was a significant difference from the type of accommodation I expected.
Because the property did not match my expectations based on the listing, I decided not to stay and immediately requested a refund. Unfortunately, the owner...
