"Good. If you want something easy to book without having to think too much about everything this is a great option. Very clean, which was a huge plus. A little bit overpriced but location is really great and the parking is less than 10 dollars a day which isn’t too bad at all for downtown."

"The room was very clean, which I appreciate. Had a great view of the lake from my room. It was a typical hotel room so you could hear your neighbours above you. Bed was comfortable but was squeaky. Overall it was a good stay. No restaurant in the hotel so had to find other places to eat if you don’t want the continental breakfast."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Stay in Nanaimo! We had a wonderful time staying here with the family! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in, making us feel right at home for our whole trip. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms every day, which was such a nice touch and made things so much easier while traveling with kids. Breakfast was included and delicious — a great way to fuel up before a day of exploring. The location was perfect too, just a short trip from a great crabbing spot, so we got to spend an afternoon out on the water catching crabs, which was a highlight of the trip! Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel with genuinely kind staff and a super convenient location. Highly recommend for families visiting Nanaimo — we'll definitely be back!"
