"I’ve stayed in many hotels across the country, but this one truly stands out at the top. I was blown away by the cleanliness and the quality of the facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole experience was worth every bit. I travelled for one night to visit friends, and even they were amazed at how spotless the hotel was. I was pleasantly surprised to find free electric car charging on-site — a very helpful bonus. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning any time I’m visiting Newcastle in the future."

"Great location right outside the train station - bit less so if you’re driving in as I did. But it’s not terrible - they have access to a lot maybe a quarter of a mile off with discounted rates but it was all a little arduous to figure. Regardless, once checked in and parked it was great - walkable, near everything, and nice breakfast. Very much recommended."

"Room was lovely, but its the fine details that get missed , the shower head had mould on the shower head and it flooded, no fridge in the rooms , air conditioning was a god send, the nets in the bedroom was mouldy Lovely hotel and breakfast was nice too, a lovely nights stay, staff very welcoming"

"Great and affordable hotel at the best location for Nottingham train station, arena and walking distance (c.10 mins) to the city ground and Trent bridge. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and lifts in good working order. Has a bar, but later opening times and out of hours room service items on offer could be improved in line with other hotels at the same price point."
